The Frankfort Center helps School of Education faculty and staff to explore the integration of a wide variety of online platforms and digital tools in their teaching practice. Instructional Technologies can be useful to address specific needs or learning gaps in the classroom, and to transform classes into active learning spaces.
For a general instructional design & technology consultation:
Navigate and mySOE Dashboard
The Navigate and mySOE dashboards are growing resources for the School of Education. They access a variety of data on Hunter’s teacher, counselor, and leader candidates for instructors, advisors and support staff.
Dashboards are interfaces that combine data from various sources and applications. Instead of having to check multiple sources such as CUNY First, that have different logins, applications, and interfaces, this tool unifies the process. It saves time and ensures that the information is both correct and up to date.
Room Support
The Frankfort Center for Learning Technologies coordinates with Classroom Technology Services for support with all School of Education classrooms and can troubleshoot any difficulties with technology in School of Education rooms, especially connecting to projectors or displays and audio devices.
