- Student teachers are in assigned school five days per week for 70 days
Academic and Professional Milestones
- Students will develop a professional teaching portfolio that is a cumulative effort, integrating course and fieldwork throughout the program. Students will work with their instructors throughout their course of study on the portfolio. Students will arrange for a presentation and final review of their work during the last semester of the program.
- Students apply for certification after degree has been conferred. You will receive an email once Hunter’s recommendation has been entered on your TEACH Account with the steps to apply. Refer to the Certification and Licensure page for more information.
