Severe and Multiple Disabilities Annotation Extension (Advanced Certificate) Course Sequence and Program Tracker

  • Academic Plan: SPEDSMD-AC
  • Credits: 19 credits
  • Please note: with the advanced certificate you have more flexibility, but most severe classes are only offered one semester a year. This gives you an idea of when some severe classes are offered, but you do not need to take all these courses, just 19 credits, including student teaching/ practicum. The elective options can be swapped for almost any class besides SPED 790. SPED 791 is a pre-req of SPED 706.50.
