She has served in the New York City Department of Education as an assistant principal for 11 years; as an elementary school principal for 4 years; and as a continuous improvement coach for 2 years. Susan is currently serving as the proud principal of P.S. 360 in District 10 in the Bronx where she continues to foster academic excellence through the practices of self-reflection and improvement science methodologies to support all members of the school community, with a focus and lens on equity. Susan currently resides in Rockland County, New York, with her husband and her three children, sharing life experiences together and modeling a well-balanced and fully-lived life with deep values that enrich themselves, each other, and influence others in their personal and professional world. Susan is proud to serve the community in which she grew up and is looking forward to her continued journey of growth and self-realization.
