Miosotis Ramos

Miosotis Ramos is the Principal of Milton Fein School, 10X007, in the Bronx. As an experienced educator and school administrator driven by passion, she takes pride in providing the best for her students and school community. As an Elementary School Principal, her goals include equity and excellence. In addition to her primary job functions, Miosotis Ramos has been recognized by her colleagues and school community for her commitment to providing students with opportunities to grow as learners and leaders.
After earning her B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University, Miosotis entered the foster care and adoption world to explore her passion for advocacy and the betterment of children. After several years in this role, she became a bilingual elementary teacher in the New York City Department of Education. She then acquired a Master’s in Education from Lehman College, along with a Bilingual and English as a Second Language extension. During her time as a teacher, she also earned a Master’s in Administration and Supervision from the College of New Rochelle.
Miosotis has 28 years of administrative experience, holding positions such as Instructional Support Specialist for English Language Learners, Director of Testing and Assessment, Assistant Principal, and Principal.
Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, biking, shopping, and reading. As an only child, she cherishes friendships and family.
