Grace White

Dr. Grace White is an equity-driven leader with 20 years of experience in education. She is currently the proud Principal of Bronxdale High School, where her leadership practice and educational philosophy are based on her uncompromising belief that all students can learn, given a positive and supportive environment that creates an emotionally safe and intellectually stimulating space for learning. She continuously advocates for racial justice, educational equity, socio-emotional learning, and culturally responsive teaching. Additionally, Grace is a fierce advocate for both mental and physical health as a way to prevent burnout and maintain a healthy work/life balance.
