Background

Nikki Hertz has worked in New York City public, charter, and independent schools, serving as an elementary school teacher, middle school teacher, literacy specialist, department chair, and director. Additionally, she has held the role of adjunct lecturer and fieldwork supervisor at Hunter College. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Literacy from the University at Albany.
