The Formula: Student Teacher Professional Development Initiative

The Formula Series is a flexible, participant-driven professional development series designed to empower and inspire pre-service teachers for sustained career success in the field of education. Grounded in research on career longevity, educator well-being, and culturally responsive teaching, this program aims to prepare participants to make meaningful contributions to their schools and communities while exploring evolving career opportunities.

Participants are invited to attend a series of workshops, activities, and events based on their interests and professional needs, leveraging NYC-based resources and connections with local education initiatives.
