CHAMPION is a one year membership based leadership development employment training program for young adults, ages 16 to 24, who are looking for a sustainable future and support in their educational and career needs in Healthcare, Office Technology, Construction or Transportation sector.

The counselor is responsible for providing individual coaching, identifying post- employment goals, identifying post-employment support services, and facilitating the group process session.
