As a nonreligious, nonprofit, Harlem land trust organization, The Rev. Linnette C. Williamson Memorial Park Association, Inc., is seeking a Program Director for the 24th year of our summer youth educational enrichment program, Art and the Gardens. The program serves 20-23 children ages 5-11 for seven weeks during an exciting summer of education and adventure. The Program Director reports to our Executive Director and/or a liaison from our Board of Directors. The Program Director will manage a team including an Assistant Director, two Group Leaders, and a Maintenance Worker.
