Part-Time Curriculum Writers will join SEO’s community of passionate educators to implement a rigorous college prep curriculum for motivated and driven high school students. Part-Time Curriculum Writers are responsible for writing and revising curriculum under the direction of the English Language Arts (ELA) and Advisory team. English Language Arts (ELA) Curriculum Writers will design student-facing and instructor-facing curriculum materials for high school English Language Arts (ELA) courses that can be delivered in an in-person or virtual setting. Role includes planning and leading an instructor orientation session on the unit designed.

Specific writing assignments will be determined based on program needs and applicant fit. Hours per week will also vary depending on scope of the writing assignment. This is a part time, remote position that is anticipated to run from mid-October 2022 through early December 2022
