Position Purpose

Assist in the operation of the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). Specifically developing and implementing activities and services during the academic semester and the Summer Academy, recruitment, advising students as needed, and preparing reports for the program.

Hours

• 20 hours/week, Monday-Thursday, 2 to 7 p.m. ; Occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a higher education, preferably in student services
• 1+ years of experience working with a diverse student population in a counseling or academic advising role
• Experience with state and/or federal grant reporting
