• Manages academic, social, and emotional support services for all students
• Reviews the needs of new students in areas of special education, English Language Learner instruction, and at-risk student services
• Ensures faculty remains current on research concerning effective teaching methods
• Keeps records regarding attendance, absences
• Develops guidelines, regulations, and programs to facilitate growth and responsibility among the student body
