Administrative Assistant Part-Time

The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in assisting the Site Director and Coordinators with the successful operation of the 6th to 8th grade administrative support for the YMCA Community School program at MS217. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing, auditing, and tracking related to staff personnel records. Assist with filing and organize applications, register in AS400, DOE Vendor Portal and enter attendance for programs participants as needed. Responsible for department inventory; create requisitions; receiving PO; respond to vendor inquiry and facilitate invoice for payment. Place orders in Office Depot for Community School program. Help with Purchasing Card reconciliations for all transactions. Supporting Site Director with compliance and maintaining all Department of Health regulations. Properly archive participant files for storage. Other activities and duties as needed that address the ongoing health and well-being of our staff and members.

Pay is $20 per hour.
