Workshop: Zoom Essentials

Zoom is the premiere tool for synchronous online meetings and is provided to all faculty, students and staff throughout CUNY. In this workshop you will learn to configure your account, create and schedule sessions, and use the desktop application.  You will become familiar with the meeting interface, connect audio and video, manage participants, secure your meeting and some of the more advanced features such as screen sharing, breakout sessions, whiteboard and polling.
