This beginner-friendly Kundalini Yoga class uses simple breathwork, gentle seated movement, and meditation to support nervous system balance and a shared sense of calm. No experience is needed.
In a busy academic environment, community begins with presence. This hour is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and practice being in the room with one another.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing (skirts and dresses are not ideal). Space is limited.
Free to attend. You’re invited to “pay it forward” by sharing what you receive or extending kindness within our community.
