Navigate Training for Staff and Faculty

Join Melissa Boronkas and Kenny Hirschmann for an overview of the Navigate platform. Navigate is a student advising platform that provides detailed information of students, appointment scheduling, and communication with powerful search and list creation features. In this session we will demonstrate each of these features and provide opportunities for question and answer.

As a result of this workshop you will be able to:

• View detailed information about students in your courses or that you are advising
• Connect the calendar with Microsoft 365 and/or Google calendar
• Set up your appointment schedule and availability
• Create an appointment campaign
• Search for groups of students and save as a list.
• Send an email or text to a list of students
• Use reporting and analytics
