Planning to record yourself teaching for fieldwork observation or the Hunter Teaching Performance Assessment (HTPA)? Not sure where to begin—or what’s required? Whether you’re getting a head start or gearing up to film, this workshop will help you navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

The Frankfort Center will guide you through:

  • When and why consent is needed—and how Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) applies
  • Choosing the right tools and setting up for great video and audio
  • Avoiding common pitfalls like full storage, bad framing, or poor sound
  • Uploading and securely sharing using your HunterSOE Google Workspace
  • Meeting expectations for fieldwork and Hunter Teaching Performance Assessment (HTPA) video submissions
