The Lesson Planning workshop will be held on October 24^th, from 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm in the Glass Café, West Building, 3^rdFloor. This workshop will provide students with a structure that they can use to prepare a math and English literacy lesson plan

The workshop will be facilitated by two Hunter College faculty members. Dr. Nicora Placa is an Assistant Professor in our Childhood Education Program specializing in Mathematics Education. Dr. Carla España is the Bilingual Education Clinical Doctoral Lecturer in the School of Education. Dr. España specializes in culturally and linguistically sustaining curriculum and pedagogy, translanguaging, and supporting teachers’ processing their language ideologies.
