Invest in Your Success – CRE Workshop with Youth Communications

Adolescents don’t often see their experiences and cultures represented in class. By incorporating true stories written by New York City teens into English language arts, social studies, and advisory, teachers can better engage their students. We’ll discuss (free!) stories available online and strategies to put student voice and culture at the center of instruction.

Attendees currently working with the New York City Department Of Education (NYCDOE) are eligible to receive Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) credit for full participation.
