How do we ensure that every student develops the skills needed to thrive in a digital world? This virtual panel discussion seeks answers, featuring a diverse group of public school educators, administrators and researchers, all working towards the successful implementation of New York State’s Computer Science and Digital Fluency standards. Explore the intersection of policy, pedagogy, and practice in a conversation that aims to highlight innovative solutions to contemporary educational challenges.

Moderated by Dr. Edgar Troudt, Distinguished Lecturer and Director of Programs in Computer Science Education at Hunter College

  • Tunisia Mitchell – Interim Executive Director of Computer Science Education at NYC Public Schools
