CUNY NYC Men Teach Day Conference

The Hunter College NYC Men Teach program would like to invite you to the 3rd annual CUNY NYC Men Teach Day Conference, which will be held virtually on Tuesday, February 9th from 12pm-6pm. Our theme for this year’s conference is “Teacher Diversity: Moving Beyond Arrested Development.”  

During this conference, we’ll highlight the work of the initiative and offer a host of breakout sessions on best practices addressing topics such as Social Emotional Learning and Mental Health, Culturally Responsive Education, Educational Policy, Mentoring and Support, Teacher Preparation and how to be an educational activist in your classroom as well as your community. Conversations around roles in advocacy to support dismantling inequitable systems will be led by local and national guest presenters.
