We’ll explore simple, effective practices to quiet the mind and ground the body—helping you show up more present in your work and relationships—no experience needed. No cost to attend, but you’re invited to pay it forward by sharing what you learn, bring a friend or offer support or kindness in your own circle. This keeps the energy flowing and builds a culture of care in our community. Come dressed in loose, comfortable clothing, if possible. Space is limited.
