Intrinsic Motivation featuring Dr. Gina Riley

This session features Dr. Gina Riley, Clinical Professor of Adolescent Special Education at the Hunter College School of Education. In this workshop, participants will learn how to increase the three significant psychological needs that must be present in an individual to foster self-motivation (competence, autonomy, and relatedness) in their own students, thereby enhancing feelings of intrinsic motivation and self determination.

Attendees currently working with the NYCDOE are eligible to receive CTLE credit for full participation.
