New York State Teacher Certification Exam (NYSTCE) Test Prep

CPPD offers test preparation workshops for the Educating All Students (EAS) and the Multi-Subject Content Specialty Tests (CST) required for New York State Certification. The workshops are led by an instructor who has experience teaching and designing test preparation curricula. Registration is announced at the beginning of the semester. Spaces are limited, and students who are interested should plan to register early.

Educating All Students (EAS) Test

The EAS Test Preparation Workshop is intended to help you understand what the test is really about, and how to approach it. The course will cover the “mindset” of the test maker, Diverse Student Populations, English Language Learners, Students with Disabilities and Other Learning Needs, along with other aspects of the test.

Multi-Subject Content Specialty Tests (CST)

The Multi-Subject CST Test Preparation Workshop is intended to help you understand what the test is really about, and how to approach it. The course will cover the “mindset” of the test maker, along with other aspects of the test.
