  • SPED 74300 – Braille Literacy and Communication Skills for Learners with Visual Impairments (3 credits, includes fieldwork hours)
  • SPED 74700 – Principles and Practices in Orientation and Mobility for Teachers of Learners with Visual Impairments (3 credits, includes Fieldwork hours)

Summer Session 1-1

Courses

  • SPED 76800 – Intermediate Orientation and Mobility: Lab and Seminar (3 credits)
    • In-person at Helen Keller National Center, 15 consecutive days, first 2 weeks of July
  • SPED 76100 – Skills and Techniques for Rehabilitation Teaching II (3 credits, includes Fieldwork hours)
    • In-person at Helen Keller National Center, 15 consecutive days, first 2 weeks of July

Summer Session 1-2

  • SPED 74400 – Assistive Technology for Learners with Visual Impairments (3 credits, includes Fieldwork hours)
    • Meets online 2 days a week in July and August

Fall Semester 2

  • COUNR 73000 – Counseling with the Aging (3 credits)
  • SPED 76200 – Principles of Vocational Rehabilitation and Independent Living Rehabilitation for Adults with Visual Impairments (3 credits)
