Tabitha Zangre
Doctoral Student
Tabitha Zangre is an English Language Arts (ELA) instructor and English Language Arts (ELA) Curriculum Coach at AECI Charter High School in the South Bronx. She is in her eighth year at her current position, and has prior experience at a public high school in Clermont, Florida. Tabitha teaches concurrent enrollment courses through SUPA (Syracuse University Project Advance). She is a certified instructor in three courses: Creative Nonfiction Writing, Academic Writing, and Gender & Literary Texts. In addition to her teaching duties, Tabitha is responsible for developing her school site’s ELA curriculum, as well as supporting teachers in its implementation. She is a mother to two teenagers and a dog. Tabitha is in her first year of the doctoral program.
